David is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional providing wealth management and estate planning advice to individuals, families and businesses since 1992. Because of David’s knowledge and experience, clients see him as their trusted counsel, utilizing his expertise to give them peace of mind.

Prior to joining IG Private Wealth Management, David spent 14 years with two large international resource companies holding progressive financial positions in financial accounting, corporate planning and treasury areas.

David is a local Calgarian, happily married to his wife Barbara. They have three adult children and four grandchildren. He enjoys horseback riding, badminton and golf. After 45 years of golf, he finally joined the elusive hole-in-one club!
